How to Participate:

  1. Compete in Your Area Track Meet: To be eligible, you must compete in the OSSAA 4X100 Unified Relay at your area’s track meet.
  2. Review the Rules: Make sure to familiarize yourself with the OSSAA SOOK Unified 4X100 Relay Rules.
  3. Complete Release Forms: Ensure all athletes and unified partners have the appropriate release forms completed and submitted.
  4. Track Meet Schedule: Check here for the schedule of competitions and meet dates.

Commitment Requirements:

By entering the relay, you are committing to attend the OSSAA Track State Championship on May 9th & 10th.

Registration:

Please complete the four-question form below to help us track which schools and areas are participating. This will assist in determining how many initial spots will be filled by one team from each area, and how many additional spots will be based on the fastest times across the state. DEADLINE: Your area track meet deadline.

Frequently Asked Questions:

  • Can our high school track team partner with us?
    • Yes! This is highly encouraged. If you choose a Unified partner from your high school team, please note that if they qualify for state in the unified relay, they will be the first runner in both the semi-finals and finals at the state competition.
  • What order do the athletes and unified partners run in?
    • The order of the relay team can be arranged in any way. This is a team effort!
  • Are team’s male, female, or coed?
    • Teams can be made up of any combination of male, female, or coed participants.
